PSP Go eloader.
Remember FreePlays save game exploit hello world running on he PSP Go? Well FreePlay has recently posted on his blog that he has the NID resolver working and if he can get that working with the eLoader source we might all have an eLoader for the PSP Go. So that means the possibility to run user eboot’s. Emulators and homebrew games and applications. Custom Firmware and ISO support etc will not come from this. Which is a good thing. No piracy, but the use of homebrew only.

Not only is the answer yes, but games downloaded from psn are eboots ! But they won’t run with this eloade I assume… Initially at least

One problem also he stated yesterday that if no one can crack the OFW on the psp go it will be for a lost cause. FreePlay An eloader for the Go is proving to be more difficult than I’d imagined. I could likely make one for FW 5.03 or FW 5.50, but until someone cracks the Go’s firmware update, it may be a lost cause. actually no there isn’t the go’s battery is integrated and can not be removed because of that and micro mem sticks don’t like to agree with becoming a magic mem stick I’ve tried

Well good work freeplay! still a little disappointed for no sign of running ISOs and running CFW but at least runs homebrew! I’ve had the PSPGo since Oct 1, first day of release, and I’m wondering if this exploit would work on 5.70 or just 6.10

Its not piracy if you own the original UMD and want to use the ISO to run on your PSPGO. I know I am NOT buying all my games again just to play them on my PSPGO when I already own the UMDs. I will wait for the CFW for the GO. It will happen… It always does

Piracy is a good thing if Sony keeps bullshitting its customers, I’d say… Why shouldn’t I use all the functions a system I bought has to offer ? I’m sure there would be few people to think of piracy if the companies wouldn’t suck us customers out all the time.

no way, f*** sony and their security. They have make enough money from their rediculously priced consoles. Ill be damned if i payed $280 for a handheld that cant be exploited. I have had to rebuy all my games, and sony didnt give us U.S users any free games like they did for europe, so i think its time we show sony what happenes when u mistreat your customers. You know that the only reason why it is so pricey is because of the retailer right? Sony gives them a $50+ margin to carry the PSP Go. They wanted to have the European program here but they ran into legal issues. They also don’t make any profit on the PS3 hardware, even when it was $600. So what was it about them being greedy when they actually make very little on the hardware?

Ok seriously just shut up because your wrong on that one. The go is manufactured for around $140 they sell them to retailers at around $200 they only make around $60 in profit. they don’t make much. second i’m kinda glad sony has one console that can’t be hacked which means that the psp can never really die so new games get released (and you don’t have to buy the go buy a 3000 new and then upgrade to 5.03ofw and use chickhen if you want it exploited) and the system doesn’t have bad third party support

I for one want to be able to play all my ISOs on the Go as all my ISOs are games that I can no longer get in UMD or Digital format. Has anyone actually tried to find a copy of Metal Gear Solid : Portable Ops UMD? I think I saw it on Amazon for like 100bux. And until sony decides to release the entire library of PSP games on digital download, I will continue to want this damn thing to be hacked =)

That’s what I like to hear but, how much freedom will we have with this eLoader , will we be able to play psx emulators and such since it needs an .iso (would love to play ffviii,gtii,tomba,etc.) and will it work the same way as the predecessor psp eLoaders. thanks (just curious.)

I think there’s no problem with playing an eboot file, the big problem is the LICENSE of each game, I convert the ISO file to EBOOT file and then i played it to my psp go and the system said “invalid license” I hope you understand my problem anyone can answer my problem? and please hack the 6.20 software

so i opened up my psp go to see what kind of battery it was and if it could be turnied into a pandora battery. what i found was that the battery is actually connected deep inside the psp. There are ways to disconnect it and successfully install a new battery possibly a pandora battery even. See i even downloaded Dark alex’s time machine a put it on my psp go. I went to the time machine and it did not chow up as corrupted data which amazed me because everything else i tried showed up as corrupted data. So i clicked on the game but all it said was game is not supported. Then later i found out that all you need to be able to run time machine is to have a pandora battery. So if the Gen tema can try to found out a way to install a pandora battery we chould be able to downgrade the psp go to an earlier custom firmware. See the psp go is definanlty hackable. All the hackers right now are trying to be able to put a custom firmware on 6.00, 6.10, and 6.20. What they dont realize is that for now they can just downgrade the psp go with time machine if they can just figure out how to put a pandora battery in the psp go. I am currently working on this. I may have a pandora battery in a month or two that is just for the psp go. So guys give it some time. I or someone else will have this baby hacked in at least a month or two months. Dont worry it will be hacked.

Piracy will ruin Sony and game developers. There will be no incentive to create further psp versions and no new games will come out. Ever think about the bigger picture dude?? yes, you can convert iso to eboot.pbp just download the converter on the net, but there’s a problem, example if you convert a monster hunter ISO file to EBOOT.PBP file and put them on the game folder on PSP GO you can see the game in XMB GAME panel but you can’t play the game because the PSP GO SYSTEM is searching for the LICENSE of that game and now the big F U C K I N G problem is the LICENSE of the game. anyone here could share a PSP GO GAME with me or TRADE a games with me? just reply here.
