Check it out, Neon of Team Typhoon has just posted video proof of a PSP Go on Firmware 6.10 running a Homebrew Enabled Enviroment (HEN) So they got ChickHEN to work on a PSP Go, maybe through the Save Game exploit FreePlay talked off?
Watch the video and you’ll see its legit, Neon’s PSP Go running Sega CD game Sonic via homebrew emulator picodrive.
But there is a big but with this, its not going to be released claim Team Typoon. Its just a proof of concept….

Guys, I’m no hacker but neither is our ‘hacker from b4′… His code wouldn’t work for shit, there are several reasons why just from the bit of ‘source code’. People should stop being assholes behind the smokescreen of the Internet and making bold claims they can’t backup. Did anyone else notice he was apparently awaiting moderation of his code for more than a day then on the same minute it was apparently moderated he sent another message saying that was his current server code. How did he know they would moderate it that exact minute unless he had just posted it beforehand? I think his ‘just over a day of moderation’ was actually just over a day of writing impressive looking code that can do sweet fuck all!
January 28, 2010 at 7:27 pm
Hey hacker form b4 i dont really remember you can you explain to me when i met you last?
January 28, 2010 at 10:00 pm
@hammy. Hey, asshole, the unmoderated post is still not moderated. How would the code not work? I have tested it and it does, the post i refered to that wasnt yet moderated was one that at the beggining explains the difference between a hacker and a cracker. Fuck off.
@Alex, It was a while back, I dont remember all of what went on. But, if you want to contact me, post a link or something here(like to a website we can talk at), because everytime I post my email, the comment gets set to “awaiting moderation” and jackasses that have no clue what theyre talkin about like hammy go off bein a shit

Boo hoo, people don’t believe my bullshit, fuck off or I’ll cry… Good hackers don’t feel the need to brag about their work, they release it and let that do the work. The also don’t get up in arms about what other people think about their abilities when, if they’re a real hacker, they could just hack me for “punishment”. And real hackers don’t announce on public websites that they’re hackers and make viruses because that’s just fucking moronic, especially when Sony could be keeping watch on what’s going on here.
So call me an asshole all you want, if speaking the truth makes you an asshole, I guess I am one. And I know you won’t like this comment either, so if you’re such a good hacker, just go ahead and hack me. Fuckin’ tard.

Your english is a shithouse..
January 29, 2010 at 5:16 pm
I will be releasing it when i’m finished with it. So, hammy, if you really want me 2 hack you, gimme your email. Also, why the hell would it matter if Sony watched this page? Dumb ass, and yea, most hackers publicly announce that theyre hackers. Ever hear of viprasys or level-23?
January 30, 2010 at 12:06 am
Hardly any hackers announce that they’re hackers. Most are smart enough to keep a low profile. And it’s significant that Sony are watching because they’re an international company that no doubt follow international computer misuse laws. If you’re such a good hacker, why do you need my email address? And if you need my email address, why don’t you fetch it yourself? You call yourself hacker… Pfffft!
Guys, Maxupload’s eboot doesn’t work on the go, but it bricks the 2000. (unintentional?) Thought you’d all wanna know incase you don’t have pandora at hand.

and it is NOT CFW

January 30, 2010 at 2:40 am
Hammy, your a dumb ass. Also, you said your self that your not a hacker, so shut up because you don’t know anything about being a hacker. The reason I’d need your email is that if I used another method, I’d hack everyone and not know who was you. I’m not gonna do that. I’ve proven to Alex that I’m a hacker, and I was only here to offer help to Alex, not talk with anyone else. And, again, many hackers announce that they are hackers. You talk like I wouldn’t know. Now please, shut the fuck up, or learn about hacking and being a hacker and tell me I’m wrong and prove it to me. Then I’ll say I’m wrong and your right. Otherwise just shut up.
January 30, 2010 at 3:53 am
I still don’t see why you didn’t just fetch his email from the site’s database… i mean if youre a hacker then wouldn’t that be easy?
January 30, 2010 at 6:20 pm
No, because I havnt found any SQL vulnerabilities and the site only keeps emails in the DB for an hour
January 31, 2010 at 5:50 am
Call me everything you want to “hacker”, it still won’t make me believe you. And quit telling me to fuck off just coz I’m not saying what you wanna hear. I said I’m not a hacker, that could mean a range of things including that I can code and read code but am not a fanj that tries to threaten other people using it and makes viruses, pretend or otherwise. Just remember the Internet is mainly anonymous (hence all your brave statements) and you could be talking to ANYBODY.
Lomax, I aimed for him to look up the site’s database and he is indeed full of shit. Notice that when you come back to this site, your name, email address and website details are already filled out whether you asked your browser to remember it or not. That means IP address, name, email and website are all arrays that are stored for much linger than an hour. Now he’s just making excuses and will be too proud to admit it.

Hammy, they store a cookie in your computer. Its not the site. If you know so much, then why couldn’t you figure that out? Your so fuckin annoying. I was only here to offer help and by the way, I’ve proved to Alex that I am a hacker. So, ask him and I am really a hacker. So, shut the fuck up because every goddamn time I try to say I’m only offering help, your dumb ass attacks me.
February 1, 2010 at 1:01 am
Stop talking like you’re a victim, there’s no victim here. As you know, it’s incredibly hard to believe what anybody claims to be able to do over the Internet, and some people like Universalconsole handle that well, releasing things that are one step further than most can achieve. But others talk and talk and talk as though they can do massive things when they know and everybody else knows they really can’t. You fall into the latter category. Somebody understandably questioned your ability and you threatened hacking them with a virus you may or may not have made.
It wasn’t my desire to annoy or attack or even to defend that person that led me to speak up, it was your unbelievable idiocy. So fuck off yourself.
February 1, 2010 at 2:53 am
All I want to know is, when can I get something for my PSP go so I don’t have to be a slave to the prices of Sony?! Tekken 6 is calling me!
February 1, 2010 at 3:27 am
Soon… I’m also working on how finding out how does Sony generates License files. I won’t tell you my method but if my theory is right, we could create a sub file for each game license patching the original one so that we can create several copies of it to authenticate each psp games downloaded.
So it goes like this. I’ll buy a game, download it, generate a dummy copy of the license. give one of my friend a copy of the game I’ve downloaded and give him the dummy license file so that it will work on his PSP.
February 1, 2010 at 3:35 am
@”Whoever” you’l have 2 fake the license pretty damn well 4 that 2 work.
@Hammy, your so anoyin and I didnt threaten to hack someone with any virus. I was only makin a point. I really can do “massive” things. If you wanna say somethin else to me, then go ahead. Email me. jbezdek-hotmail.com and i hope you know to change the – 2 @
February 1, 2010 at 7:48 am
Hi guys, been reading the posts regularly – a note to ‘Whoever’:
From what I’ve seen so far you can use other people’s license files to run a backup of any game they have bought, however you have to log in with their username and pass.
Instead of trying to copy the licenses is there anyway of setting the psp to thinking it’s loading the same game everytime? Like Neogamma backup loader for Wii. It just loads the backup of the games, but logs it as Neogamma being open (sorry I don’t have any expertise in the field of hacking so i’m just throwing ideas up in the air).
The fact that Team Typhoon hacked the go so quick brings to mind that they’ve used a hack already out there, but just slightly modified. I mean look how long it took for the exploit for the 3000, to be able to hack the go so quickly makes me think the hack was already developed.
One more thing, how about finding a way to bypass the license check all together, would make iso loading easier, not sure about cfw/hmbrw!
If I just talked a load of balls then i’m sorry, but i’ve been checking this site everyday since the go release and am disappointed in TT not releasing the exploit! So good luck to you!
In the words of spock, “Live long and prosper!”
And hack this bitch!

Exaclty! that’s what I’m trying to do, but let me see if we could use the same concept of Neogamma on the Go. I’ll give you guys an update within this week.. thanks!
February 1, 2010 at 5:23 pm
The only problem you’re going to have is how to get the go to recognize the bypass software. Unless you can recode, or use the exploit as a way into the system! Good luck!
February 1, 2010 at 6:27 pm
UniversialConsole, did you make that eboot your self, like entirely? And if so, do you still have the source code? because I think I know how to maybe make it load chickhen, or atleast a hello world.

PSPgo…… BYE WORLD……
February 3, 2010 at 6:46 pm
so whats the latest then when can i play my iso’s on the psp go?
February 3, 2010 at 9:04 pm
sorry to be the one to break the bad news, but cfw is coming to an end. the thing is sooner or later all games will be downloaded. (the only reason umds are still about is because of the 3000) well just like the ps3 all games will intall to the system before it can be played. well the game will not install unless it reads the files off the official firmware of the latest version-thats why even for firmware they have to keep updates to play the latest games because they all have differ. files. for example, say sony comes out with 6.50 ofw, well the only way the game will play is if it installs to the ofw-even 6.50 cfw would not work because firmware is all tampered files-game wont install unless files are untampered with and original. the games being installed will work the same say as all other file reading meterial will be-its the reason that when you get the gamesave for gran turismo psp that it will not work unless you have the same system name, only the game will only work for updated ofw.
February 4, 2010 at 2:35 am
i wouldnt worry too much about cfw dying just yet. Theres no way Sony would do such a thing until the PSP2 is released. Even then, they cannot abandon their large market of umd-psp users. Already most gamestores don’t sell the PSPgo for the sole reason they won’t be making any money out of it themselves. So don’t expect the support from the general public to be positive if Sony shifts to that kind of policy. but hey, its Sony – they are bastards…

What was it? lol = P
Lomaxx.
February 6, 2010 at 4:07 am
true that sony has many umd users-but software is the future not disk..and really every umd can be downloaded at the ps store at the same price-so since technically sony wants ppl to buy there games and not get them pirated, then everyone can download the game (even with a 1000) which the umd and downloaded versions are exactly the same-i imagine sony will just say get a new psp cus the old ones are obviously outdated or get a bigger mem stick…afterall i am speaking for future reasons, not saying that may happen soon, but marketing does work in ways that still benefit the company moreover the consumer(there has to be profit) and a new psp with no umds made anymore will only market. but please take note that none of what i say is official, this is just stuff that i have thought about that could be very possible in the future-and im merely just putting out some ideas of what to possibly expect and how hackers may plan to find a way around it.
February 6, 2010 at 4:15 am
i am one that firmly agrees that no software can be unhackable forever-because as time goes on and technology advances, the older stuff obviously getting old, the ability to crack older softwares will become more easily done. every, and i mean every, software has a flaw or a “glitch” if you will-the same reason the “unhackable motherboard” is now partial hacked and almost guarrenteed to be fully later in time as the systems get old and more easily hacked due to upgrades in softwares. nothing last forever-and neither will the partial hacks-though this argues with my previous statement on firmware coming to an end-the previous is as i stated “ideas i just put out there” to somewhat give a heads up on what to expect…
February 8, 2010 at 1:57 pm

February 9, 2010 at 7:33 am
Why the PSP GO isn’t worth hacking or cfw installed?
1.We can have multiple games in the internal flash but no homebrew thats why HEN must be develop not CFW.
2.The battery is small means less gaming time.
February 10, 2010 at 8:43 am
you make it sound like the Go’s battery can’t even last an hours worth of gaming ….
