The PSP Go will not have a Memory Stick Pro Duo slot.
Instead they use the Memory Stick Micro(M2) memory card.
Kinda unfortunate for me because I just bought another 8GB of Pro Duos.

the PSP go! is already released I hope my 5.03 PSP 3k doesnt break or i’ll get evil 5.50.

buying a psp go day one and never updating so i give the hacking community a chance to hack it.

It will have both! I plan on getting a 32GB MS PRO and a 16GB M2! (In total 64GB on the PSP Go!)

and they would probably work on the psp go if it is hackable to the unhacable stage like psp 3000, then they will make another psp or system…they have so many systems that are still out and hacksble but they cant do anything about it (PS2 FAT)

and why would they make a new design after the GO they have more systems to take care of

1. i dont like the ps2 (slim and fat) boxy design they should make it more modern (rounded maybe even slimer)
2. ps3 they should make it smaller
3. they should start aking psps compatible as ps2 and ps3 controlers

i think that psp go is very over estimated ! and will indeed be very hackable!
sure sony have probably worked had on making it “non exploit able” as possible.
Due to the “fully” digital think. makes it harder but at the same time it gives us an advantage!

Always been a fan Dark Alex. I don’t know squat about the technicals of hacking etc but your CFW on my old phat kicks ass.
I’ll be looking forward to seeing the developments on the PSP Go and I’ll definately be getting one once you’ve Had a chance to break it XD

i have already bought a go and it seems that you have to up grade the system to 6.10 to get in to the store(europe version anyway).

Damn.. psp go totally suck. battery life is shorter, screen is smaller keys discomfort for wide hands

you cant put a pro duo in a psp go. so your only ganna have 32 gigs but the m2 cost a shitload! like a 4 gig costs 40 bucks at best buy man

The PSP Go comes with OFW 5.70, but to do anything with it you have to update to the latest firmware (currently 6.10).

Idk i still have a pretty healthy collection of games i downloaded from before i hacked my psp. i might get it even if i cant hack it.. I really dont mind paying for games if i had to. all i really I want are my emulators on a smaller more manageable system.

Stupid me, I left my new psp go with my bro, n he updated the system firmware (was on 5.70 now on 6.10!!! ahh!!)

Lets hope that there’s a hack for the upgrade! And yes the digital link gives a better chance for hack, just unfortunate they took the battery away! Unfortunately if you don’t upgrade you can’t access the psn store so you have to make the decision. Best not to do what I did and at least wait until Christmas for any developments on CFW.
